Guy Fieri shares his last shirtless sauna session selfie of the year reaching 176 degrees

Guy Fieri posted a picture from his latest training session where he appeared shirtless inside Sauna chamber before a cold jump. The Food Network star was drenched in sweat on his bleach blonde ends.
