Food critic Grace Dent has left I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here, ITV has confirmed.
She entered the Australian jungle just over a week ago alongside fellow housemates Nigel Farage, Jamie Lynn Spears and Marvin Humes.
In a statement, ITV said: “Unfortunately Grace Dent has left the show for medical reasons.”
“She was a great housemate and will be missed by her fellow celebrities and viewers alike.”
Dent was seen on camera in Sunday night’s episode saying, “I just want to go home.”
‘I’ve had enough’
The 50-year-old was chosen to perform the latest bushtucker trial, titled Down The Tubes, alongside his housemate Josie Gibson.
According to the PA news agency, EastEnders actress Danielle Harold will now attend the trial alongside Gibson.
Dent had said before the recent Touchdown of Terror trial that she struggled in the jungle.
She was seen telling ITV presenter Gibson: “I’ve had enough. I’ve had enough. I just want to go home.”
Dent later added in the Bush Telegraph: “I don’t have much left in me at the moment.

This year’s series of I’m A Celebrity has so far attracted fewer viewers than last year’s series, which featured former health secretary Matt Hancock.
While the previous series’ launch episode attracted a consolidated audience of almost 12 million viewers, this year’s launch episode was watched by just seven million viewers in its first week.
Other housemates this year include Made In Chelsea’s Sam Thompson, First Dates star Fred Sirieix, YouTuber Nella Rose and actor Nick Pickard.
A few days after the camp began, the group was joined by jockey Frankie Dettori and former professional boxer Tony Bellew.
