It’s almost impossible to stay sober in the entertainment industry considering you’re heavily surrounded by alcohol most of the time. While we have plenty of celebrities who don’t shy away from a nice bottle of wine or a shot or two of whiskey, we have some who have made it a personal choice to avoid alcohol.
Not only in Kenya do we have celebrities giving up alcohol, other global celebrities can’t even stand it. Some global celebrities including Kim Kardashian, Chris Martin, Jennifer Lopez, Demi Lovato, Tyra Banks, Zack Efron, Brad Pitt and Eminem to name a few should also abstain from alcohol. Chances are some of them have had a rough experience with alcohol that left them alcohol intolerant, but that’s a story for another day.
