Dick Van Dyke celebrates 98th birthday with loving tribute to glamorous wife Arlene Silver

As iconic actor Dick Van Dyke approaches his 98th birthday On December 13, he spent a moment backstage recording his upcoming performance CBS especially to express his admiration for his wife, Arlene Silver.

In a heartwarming Instagram Story clip shared by the photographer Laura Johansen, van Dyke smiled at his glamorously dressed wife, told her, “You look like a movie star,” and playfully claimed, “I saw her first.”

van Dyke And Silver The love story began at the SAG Awards in 2006, where Arlene worked as a makeup artist. They tied the knot on Leap Day February 2012. Their connection deepened Silver provided support van Dyke after the death of his long-time love, Michelle Triolain 2009.
