Some celebrities have had problems with drugs and alcohol, which have massively affected their lives, but there are some who have turned their addiction and are now enjoying a life of sobriety.

Some celebrities have chosen to stop drinking because of past bad experiences, alcohol abuse, or addiction, while others simply want to live healthier lifestyles.

Reducing or completely eliminating alcohol can have a number of health benefits, including weight loss or better sleep.

Many of the famous faces have gone to rehab for help with their problems, while others rely on the help of their close relatives.

Here is a list of celebs celebrating a life with less alcohol.

Eminem

Eminem has been sober for 13 years

R -per Eminem, also known as Marshall Mathers, has been sober for 13 years after suffering an accidental overdose of the drug methadone in 2007.

He went to rehab and has stayed sober ever since.

The young star told Cosmopolitan, “I definitely think a lot of the drinking that h -pened towards the end of Potter and for a while after it was over it was panic and not knowing what to do next, and not feeling comfortable enough, who? I should stay sober.

“But I’ll always be fascinated and frustrated by the question, ‘Is this something that would have h -pened anyway or did it have to do with Potter?'”

When he was sober for 15 years, he said, “” When you hear the word rehab you think, ‘He’s a mess, he sucks.’ But I’m glad I did. I’ve made a lot of wrong choices in my life. But I know I did some right ones too. “

Lily celebrated a year of sobriety and shared some before and after pictures on her social media as she wrote, “1 year completely sober! So grateful for my health and h -piness. “

Lily said she was considering using heroin at the lowest point in her struggle with addictions and admitted, “I knew when that thought crossed my mind it was time to face my demons.”

In 2018, Lily admitted she used to have a bottle of Gray Goose vodka daily, but the star has been sober for two years now.

He said the band celebrated a lot in their early days. The singer has since stopped drinking and is completely sober.

“I get very depressed or too much. I admit that I can already be a strong taste and drinking makes it a little too strong.”

He said, “I didn’t sober up because I felt like it, I sobered up because I was scared of dying the next day.”
