Children’s Day 2022: Paul Okoye, Kizz Daniel, Other Top Nigerian Celebrities Mark Occasion in Special Way

May 27th has always been a day to celebrate children in Nigeria and the special day of 2022 was no different.

To mark the special event, some Nigerians took to social media to either celebrate their children or to reminisce about their childhood and share how they celebrated the occasion when they were younger.

A number of Nigerian celebrities have been known to jump on trending occasions, but few of them seemed to pay tribute to this year’s Children’s Day.

1. Kizz Daniel:

This talented Nigerian singer was one of those recognizing Children’s Day on social media. The music star shared a video of happy school kids dancing to his song Buga. The clip melted hearts on social media.

2. Sophia Momodu:

Singer Davido’s first baby mom, Sophia, celebrated her daughter Imade on Children’s Day. Sophia shared a series of cute throwback photos and videos of younger Imade. She also gushed about how much she loves her daughter, describing her as her favorite person.

This popular Nollywood actress made her handsome son Jayden feel even more special on Children’s Day. An adorable video of him was posted on the boy’s official page along with a message for the special occasion.

4. Lola Okoye:

PSquare’s wife Lola’s Peter Okoye took to social media to celebrate their children and other children around the world on this special day. The mother-of-two shared photos of Cameron and Aliona naming their babies.

Popular Nigerian celebrity stylist Toyin Lawani flaunted all her three children on Children’s Day. The fashionista described them as her swag family as she wished them a Happy Children’s Day.

7. Jodie:

Kuchi Kuchi’s popular Nigerian singer Jodie is known for being a special mother to a special needs child, Chinua. The music star proudly flaunted it as she rocked and danced with him. Jodie also pledged to give out N50,000 to people recreating the challenge.
