Kaley Cuoco She may be famous for playing Penny on The Big Bang Theory, but she’s about to take on her most important role yet: becoming a mother.
On Oct. 11, the “The Flight Attendant” actress announced on Instagram that she and her boyfriend, actor Ozark, are dating Tom PelphreyThey are expecting their first child together. In a series of photos documenting the start of her pregnancy, Kaley also revealed that the couple will be welcoming a baby girl sometime next year.
“💕 Baby Pelphrey coming in 2023 💕,” she captioned the post. “Beyond blessed and over the moon… I 💓you @tommypelphrey!!!”
Not surprisingly, Kaley wasn’t the only one excited about parenthood. At the same time as the “Meet Cute” star shared the incredible news, Tom shared his excitement with a post of his own on Instagram. The Netflix actor posted never-before-seen photos of them partying, including a cake with a pink layer inside.
“And then it got even BETTER. 🎀🎀🎀,” he wrote. “I love you more than ever @kaleycuoco ♥️🙏♥️.”
Shortly after Kaley and Tom shared the personal news, it didn’t take long for the rest of the world to join in the excitement. In fact, many of her celebrity friends were quick to take to the comments to send their well wishes.
“Congratulations you two, I adore you both!!!!!! Also @kaleycuoco you have been replaced as you will now be my new best friend ❤️🦄,” the actress joked to the flight attendant/Kaley’s best friend Zosia Mamet. “Congratulations!! Love you both!!!” Kaley’s fashion stylist/close friend Brad Goresky added. “Congratulations @tommypelphrey beautiful!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”, Tom’s Ozark co-star Julia Garner commented on his post. “Can’t wait to meet baby girl!!!!! 💗💗💗💗💗 So happy for you guys!” 8 simple rules co-star Amy Davidson wrote on Kaley’s Instagram.
Kaley and Tom’s baby announcement is just another major milestone in the couple’s relationship. While the two have only been official Instagram members since May, the actors have enjoyed a string of major accomplishments, including being nominated for the 2022 Emmy Awards. As for their romance, Kaley has recently been candid about how the two have to thank her manager .
“When I met Tom, it was absolute love at first sight,” she told Extra in September. “We have the same management team… My manager actually took me to the Ozark premiere as her guest and I met him there. It was like the angels started singing. I thought, ‘Hallelujah!’ It was very magical… it was perfect.”
