Always wanted to smell like one of your favorite celebrities? Well now is your chance! Over the years so many celebs have brought out their own signature fragrance or even their own line of perfumes.
In October 2021, Billie Eilish joined the roster of well-known names who joined the beauty industry when she announced her first perfume, Eilish, on Instagram.
“I’m so h -py to finally share my debut fragrance ‘Eilish’ with you guys !!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH !! ” wrote the singer. “This is a scent I’ve been chasing for years. This is my favorite smell in the WORLD. Fragrance has always been such a huge part of my life and existence as long as I can remember and it was a dream to create this fragrance and bring my ideas to life. This was one of the most exciting things I have ever done. I can’t wait for it to be yours so soon !!!!! ”
The “Bad Guy” musician joined other singers – including Ariana Grande and Lady Gaga – who have also released perfumes over the years. Ariana, for example, has more than 10 fragrances on the market. Some of them even bear the names of their most popular songs, but their first release in 2015 was Ari by Ariana Grande.
“I wanted it to be personal, especially when I call it Ari,” the “Thank U Next” singer told at the time. “I’ve been obsessed with smells all my life. I got a gift basket for a year [with fragrances]. I -plied the lotion every day, the body spray every day – walking around my house and literally smelling like a bakery. I don’t just smack my name on a perfume that I think smells good. I’m really obsessed with it. I can’t walk past the bottle in my room without spraying myself 14,000 times. “
Ariana added, “I wanted the bottle itself to look really old-fashioned, like something you’d see in an old movie,” noting that she “learned a lot about which notes work together”. Those skills from their first fragrance introduction have no doubt helped create the rest over the years.
As for Lady Gaga, in 2012 the singer created the fragrance Fame, named after her debut album The Fame.
“The met -hor of the bottle is that when you spray this product, all the good things of fame come out and all the bad things stay in,” the Bad Romance musician told Fashion Magazine after its release. “So when you buy this perfume, you can have the nice smell of it, [while] I’ll take care of all the cops – t inside. “
