Out all the details about the Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard in libel trial It’s been like this for three weeks, there’s no doubt that the video evidence of Heard’s affairs is the most scandalous. Will Elon Musk and James Franco appear in court?
Elon Musk is currently quite busy with his sensational Twitter takeover, including his lawyer Alex Spiro already said that the tech billionaire is not making an appearance. That New York Post confirmed this information earlier Thursday, but we still needed information on James Franco. Amber Heard’s defense had an available witness list early in the trial that both men were on.
In a previous lawsuit that took place in England, James Franco was mentioned by Heard when she accused Johnny Depp from physical abuse.
