My Trading plan IS on one pag and I read it this morning before I traded and this really helped me. In fact it is good to read it often!! Fact based triggers are the Key. Mind-set is not gonna be easy, but by being good and kind to yourself each day will certainly contribute to your success in trading!! So I start each day by saying "Everyday is a blessing - You can trade well"...It works!! This is spelt out very well for us.
